DELIVERIES AND RETURNS

EXPEDITION

The packages’ serial number will be sent to you the day the package is sent.

Delivery period can take up to 4 days, counting down from reception of your payment, except special Taylor made orders which can take a little longer. Orders exclusively made of feathers can usually take up to 48H.

Kazaee wouldn’t be held responsible for any losses or late deliveries. Once the package is sent, the serial number will be a sort of receipt and tracking number.

DELIVERY FEES

Fees in metropolitan France are between €2 and €3,5 and are dealt with Maxi Tracked Letters.

Deliveries out of France are sent as international deliveries which cost between €5,65 and €8 depending on the volume of the package.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE

If you didn’t like a product that you received, you have a right of return within 7 days, counting down from the day you receive the product.

You will have to send it back at your own expenses, in the original package, in the state you received it and you will have to inform the creator and the site holder.

The product will then be refunded or exchange depended on your wishes, within a 15 days period

TRANSPORT OF YOUR PRODUCT

The products are usually sent within 48H after receiving payment. The standard used is Colissimo (La Poste), no signature needed at reception. If you wish to have the option of signature at reception, there will be added fees, so make sure to let us know. Whatever expedition mode you choose from, you’ll be sent an internet link that will enable you to track down the delivery.

Expedition fees include the packaging, the workforce and the delivery. A part of the cost can be flexible depending on the weight of the product you ordered. We do advise you to group your orders. We cannot group you orders when passed separately and you will have to pay fees for each order. Your products are sent at your own risks; however particular care is paid to fragile products.
